What Happens Once Your Note Reaches Us?
- Every note goes to Wayne Cobb first, so he knows the town, the age of the house and the work you have in mind before we call. Then we reach out by phone or email to pick a day to come by.
- Wayne starts in the cellar with the sills, the carrying beam and the foundation, then walks the rooms you want changed, checking the floors and the venting. If old wiring or a soft spot shows up, you hear about it that day.
- The price comes in writing, with the structural work and the finish work listed apart so you can see what moves the total. Nothing is ordered and no wall is opened until you say yes and sign.
